Project Head

Job Description :

- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing coaching and mentorship.

- Design and implement standardized project management processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across all customer capital projects.

- Champion the project management methodology within the organization, socializing processes and promoting adherence.

- Oversee the project management standard operating procedure (SOP), ensuring it remains up-to-date and effective.

- Manage project reporting, gathering and consolidating project data into comprehensive reporting packs for stakeholders.

- Proactively identify and manage project risks, developing and implementing mitigation plans.

- Evaluate and select project management tools and methodologies, optimizing workflows and driving efficiency.

- Govern project management assets and templates, ensuring their accessibility and proper utilization.

- End to end accountability of ongoing delivery projects.

- Should be able to work as an individual contributor with addition to team management.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach a team of project managers.

Work Experience Required : 10 to 20 Years
