Qualification - CA (preferably) / MBA Finance

Post Qualification Experience - Min 6 years - Max 14 years

Functional Experience :

- Project Finance ( Renewable Energy, EV Charging, Recycling, Solar, Waste to Energy, Manufacturing Industry also)

- Working Capital Limits (FB/NFB)

- Leasing Models

- Structured Finance (CCD, NCD, OCD)

- Debt Restructuring

- Refinancing

- Syndication

- End to End completion of the Project from nascent stage till disbursement and Post disbursement activities

- Strategy/Budget

- Business Plans & Business Evaluation

Financial Projections - Quarterly / Annual / 5 years

- Risk Analysis of Business & Projects

- Bidding for Projects

- Corporate Debt Restructuring

- Merger/Demerger
