An ideal profile will be a Qualified MBA/ Post Graduate/ CA /ICWA
Core Tasks include but not limited to the following:
1. Managing finance of key programs
2. Ensure project governance from financial standpoint
3. Contribute towards preparing business case from the standpoint of financial viability
4. Support development and analysis of financial plans for alternative scenarios
5. Lead the coordination and preparation of annual, quarterly, monthly forecasts
6. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and actively review same for continued compliance.
7. Ability to influence others to ensure that budgets are adhered to and the Change Management process is followed for any variances to the Capex planned spend
8. Effective reporting on program spend using Business Intelligence tool/Oracle ERP
9. Ensure that transactions are backed by appropriate documents like PO, SOW, time sheets
10. Review resource utilization and co-ordinate weekly time sheets
11. Track actual expenditure against plan. Produce estimates to complete in close liaison with PMO
12. Identification of risks and opportunities
13. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to all stakeholders
14. Identification of opportunities for streamlining of financial operations
15. Deal with external and internal auditors as required ensuring compliance of audits and statutory requirements.
16. Prepare detailed analytical reports Actual Vs. plan by spend category, time period etc
17. Provide and present analysis and focused reporting to all levels of management
18. Overall responsibility of controlling project spend and timely communication
Experience
1. 8-10 years of total work experience in the fields of reporting, CAPEX control, analysis.
2. Strong knowledge of systems, Processes and Reporting.
3. 2 years hands on experience of Oracle Project Accounting and other relevant modules must.
