Project Controller for engagement - Manager Level, Finance

Reporting to Global Project Controller.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Understand key contractual terms of the Project and the impact on financial performance

- Controlling and maximizing revenue recognition for all contributing regions

- Support Global controller in managing project globally

- Build a good working relationship with the Engagement team their Delivery teams

- Provide reliable and accurate monthly forecast for the project

- Drive monthly financial reviews and analysis

- Analyse and explain variance on the project versus forecast and budget

- Understand cost structure and add value in driving these costs down

- Link with local finance to ensure correct accounting happens.

- Control all invoice production in line with contract and internal transactions

- Follow up on cash flows to ensure timely collection of all invoices.

- Prepare monthly financial reporting pack for Executive reviews

- Qualified CA with 4/5 years of experience in similar role

- Worked in similar environment, preferably in IT or Outsourcing services

- Mature outlook, motivated and good team player.

- Extremely good communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to understand commercial terms and clauses in the contract

- Good command on excel.

- Flexible working hours
