Project Finance Analyst - Bank

We are actively recruiting for the position of "Project Finance Analyst" for a leading Bank.

Location - Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Evaluating & appraising Real estate project finance proposals.

- Identify and analyze potential risks associated with the project, including market risks, regulatory risks, and financial risks. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure the financial stability of the project.

- Conduct thorough financial due diligence on project investments. This may involve reviewing project contracts, financial statements, legal documents, and other relevant information to assess the project's financial health and compliance with regulations.

- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including project sponsors, investors, and management.

- Create and maintain complex financial models to evaluate project feasibility, cash flows, and financial returns.

- Engage in negotiations with various parties involved in the project, to secure favorable terms and agreements.

- Resolving audit queries related to the portfolio

- Constantly analyzing & evaluating status of ongoing projects.
