Project Director - Real Estate & Design Firm

We are hiring for a renowned real estate and design firm with head office in Bangalore. This role is for a residential and commercial project in North Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Ensure alignment with the projected business plan numbers and take full accountability for enhancing project profitability.

- Monitor and track key financial KPIs, ensuring that all financial targets (budget, margins, cash flow, etc.) are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop and execute detailed project strategies, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and comprehensive risk management to ensure successful project delivery.

- Drive timely completion of project milestones while ensuring quality standards and project goals are met.

- Maintain strong and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and senior management.

- Regularly update senior management on project progress, risks, and any changes to scope, ensuring transparency and alignment with client expectations.

- Implement robust risk management protocols to proactively identify potential risks and take corrective actions to mitigate them.

- Address any construction-related challenges promptly to ensure the project remains on track both financially and operationally.

- Oversee regular site visits to ensure that construction milestones are achieved within the scheduled timelines.

- Manage site activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

- Address post-construction issues or client concerns effectively to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

- Foster long-term relationships by ensuring all project deliverables are completed on time, and any concerns are resolved swiftly.
