Job Description : A Project Director Role based in Bangalore, with a Fund.

Client Details : An International Fund

Description :

- Responsible for project conceptualisation, planning, permitting, market analysis, financial analysis, leasing, design and construction to ensure the successful development of the Commercial or Residential Project.

- Monitoring the development progress, overseeing finance and ensuring the project quality is as required throughout the life-cycle of the project.

- Reporting to clients, internal stakeholders and Management on the project progress

- Ability to create cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion

- Managing risks to avoid delays or any financial loss to the organisation

- Ensuring permits are secured without any complications

- Ability to work at an office and on a construction site.

Profile :

- Minimum 15+ Years of Work Experience

- Currently working with an International Organisation in a Similar Role

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Strong Project Management Skills

- Ability to negotiate and close transactions

- Lead and extract the maximum potential from the Team, Vendors and Consultants.
