Project Director - Commercial - Real Estate

Project Director - Commercial for a leading Real Estate Developer.

Role:

- Heading development of commercial projects (office / co-working space) for the assigned region.

- Managing P&L responsibility.

- Responsible for the Project Development, due diligence and all pre-construction works, Coordination/managing design, Procurement, Statutory approvals & Technology.

- Design management in coordination with internal design team.

- Contracts & Procurement management in coordination with Internal procurement team

- Statutory approval - coordination & management at the regional level, with compliances

- Coordination with Architects, consultants etc.,

- Vendor management

- Project Quality planning and control

- EHS planning, coordination and ensuring compliance

- Project Schedule planning & tracking

- Project Cost planning & tracking

Desired Profile:

Engineering Graduate in Civil + MBA with 20 - 25 years experience in managing large commercial projects - office space / co-working space.

Prefer candidates who are currently drawing between 50L - 70L
