Mgr/Senior Manager - Project Development & Assets - Hospitality

Qualification - MBA - Finance

Experience: 7-9 Years

Reporting: VP Business development and/or Business Head

Job Description:

- Identify/ co-ordinate from the developers the various sources/documents available

- Ensure for the completion of legal formalities for the acquisition of sites selected for development.

- Evaluate deal flow origination of various projects

- Awareness of the market with regards to the locations, its demographics

- Identifying the segment suitability and resultant feasibility

- Keeping tabs on the trends in the hospitality sector and competitive analysis

- Understanding the entire market cycle of the hospitality industry

- Primary site inspection and due diligence on property (site inspection & coordinating with the marketing department & project team)

- Require some experience of dealing with legal documents (agreements).

Permissioning process

- Pre project commencement appraisal & review of project costing & timelines with Business Head, Finance Head. Project Management Head

- Post project commencement control & feedback mechanism

- MIS

- Regular meetings with all the participants to figure out any variance from the agreed project schedule and remedial measures for the same

- Feedback loops to ensure early warning signals
