Position - Project Delivery head

Reporting to - CEO

Location - Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Team Leadership:

- Manage and mentor project managers, site managers, and other project-related staff.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Budget and Resource Management:

- Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources.

- Approve expenditures and manage financial aspects of the project.

- Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and services.

Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure projects comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards.

- Promote a culture of safety and enforce safety protocols on construction sites.

- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance.

Quality Assurance:

- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards.

- Address quality issues promptly and effectively.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Address and resolve unforeseen issues promptly to minimize impact on project delivery.
