Project Cost Controller/Manager - Chemical Industry

- Developing the Periodic Project cost reports of high accuracy, create cash flows analyzing the commitment /spent and forecasts of the project and create the cost narratives for chemical plants, petro chemicals, refineries etc., of small, medium or large projects.

- Lead the cost changes or deviations. Alert on thresholds and enhance controls. Integrate with various functional disciplines as a team player ensuring the right inputs for the accurate forecasting.

- A self-starter and should analyze the contingency forecast and the drawdowns and cost accruals periodically to enhance smooth execution of the project.
