Project Coordinator - CSR

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation & Communication:

- Establish proper communication and coordination with CSR core committee and Site (Unit) senior management.

- Develop internal communications to promote the development strategies for the community development in association with the implementing partners.

- Manage the local media and external communications of the Sustainability and different achievements portfolio with internal communication team & implementing partners whenever required.

- Manage and enhance the Sustainability Bridge page & share case studies with documentation team as required.

- Prepare sustainability progress report, briefs, and supervision notes as and when required for the group's senior management and for the CSR committee.

- Develop a plan for the development and dissemination of lessons learnt from the project and its aspects.

- Conduct regular supervisory/technical assistance visits to the field.

- Coordinate with the field monitoring team for specific reports, and data for documenting success stories.

- Programme Development And Implementation.

- Design project implementation strategies, execute and evaluate.

- Periodical review and update of projects for proper implementation.

- Responsible for implementing and coordination for other events related societal development and awareness with the location.

- Conducting volunteering events to achieve the commitment of the location for Tata Volunteering Events.

- Identifying and building relationships with potential employers in the public, private and NGO sectors and establish links for training, placement, apprenticeship and job shadowing etc.

- Prove the responsibilities as SPOC for Tata Volunteering and Tata Engage events /Lead Tata Affirmative Action Projects in the location.

Governance And Funding:

- Develop partner contracts under guidance of CSR-Head and support in due diligence of the partners/NGOs to ensure compliance.

- Support in timely processing of payments to NGO partners and preparing portfolio payment packs as per disbursement timeline.

Experience: 3 to 5 years
