- This role is primarily responsible to build business strategies for Projects Sector by giving strategic inputs for expanding an existing business or developing new business proposals and ensure Project's strategies are executed effectively and efficiently within the stipulated time frame.
- To develop detailed project schedule/implementation plan and co-ordinate for Capex/ budget preparation for all projects and for projects under development.
- To plan, co-ordinate and monitor various activities of the approved projects, for achieving the project completion within the scheduled time period and budgeted cost.
- Prepare various MIS reports, highlight areas of concern, and ensure timely delivery by others.

3. Assist Sector Head for the execution of new projects/initiatives
4. Delivery Assurance
5. Cost control and Assurance.
6. Document control and records
7. Risk management
8. Audit management
9. Adept in technology (visual as well as data analytics)
10. Prepare and edit correspondence, communication, and presentation.
11. Prepare quarterly and annual board presentations and other communication.
12. Conduct market analysis, assemble and analyze data to prepare Projects related reports and documents.
13. Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
14. Interface management.
15. Coordination of meetings
16. Maintain follow up on activities to ensure schedules are met
17. Preparation of agenda for the meeting, compile and circulate minutes of meeting, reports etc
18. Monitoring of monthly operating reports
19. Follow up with concerned individuals for updating the current status of their assigned responsibility
20. Maintain confidential database, reports, and produce MIS as & when required
21. Based on market research, prepare pricing analysis and competitor analysis
