Job Description:
- As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for providing financial and operational support to the A&A service line.
- You will play a key role in managing projects, ensuring timely billing and collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Project Management: Provide overall project management support, including task management, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
- Account Receivable: Ensure accurate and timely recording of account receivables and manage the billing process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data and records.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports as required.
- Adherence to Deadlines: Adhere to strict timelines and be flexible to extend working hours during month-ends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:.
- 5-7 years of experience in project controlling or a related field.
- Strong understanding of account receivable and billing processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to extend working hours during month-ends.
