Project Controller - Construction

Urgent requirement in an Italian MNC client of ours.

Position: Project Manager/Project Coordinator

Job Description

1. Responsible for site execution and monitoring in the Construction (Rock) projects

2. Documentation and report preparation

3. Project planning, Materials, equipments & manpower planning, Budget preparation & monitoring and Cash flow management.

4. Contract management, liaisoning with Client & Consultants as well with different functions in office.

5. Should have worked in projects of Rock Fall, Rock Anchor & Slope Stabilization

Qualification & Experience

1. Should be a graduate/diploma in Civil/ Mechanical from a good institute with atleast 5-7 years of relevant experience and familiar with the Contraction experience

2. Experience in dealing of similar projects of Rock projects/ Rock fall projects / Slope Stabilisation work, knowledge of machineries & hands on experience in successful implementation of similar projects

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

1. Should have a strong foundation of technical aspects with good interpersonal & PR skills

2. Team player

3. Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.

4. Very good planning with foresight, cash flow management and mitigation of risks at site are the key

5. Should be self driven, motivated and able to lead the project through all the stages starting from project kickoff
to contract closures.

6. Should be proficient in handling MS Office such as Ms Excel,MS Word,Power point etc.
