Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, monitor progress, and provide regular updates.
- Conduct cost forecasting, analysis, and control activities to ensure project financial health.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports on cost performance, trends, and forecasts.
- Maintain project schedules and assist in devising recovery measures for projects facing challenges.
- Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance, communicating reasons and proposing solutions.
- Review project schedules for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to contractual requirements.
- Coordinate project risk assessments and provide timely status reports to management.
- Oversee regional project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
- Support project teams in addressing delays, challenges, and critical issues.
- Lead efforts to align schedule, cost, quality, and risk for efficient project delivery.
- Engage with Finance & Accounting for accurate financial reporting.
- Participate in schedule review meetings and coordinate with design and procurement teams.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in project controls or related roles in real estate or industrial parks.
- Proficiency in project management software like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM) is desirable
