Position- Project Advisory

Qualification - Bachelor of Civil Engineering (minimum) ;

Salary-Based on the current CTC. A Handsome hike is given by the company

Experience- Minimum of 5-10 years experience in Project Advisory

Location- Bhubaneswar

Reporting Relationship To respective Regional Heads

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conducting Field Investigations, Surveys & Studies ; Site Analysis

- Conceptualization, planning and feasibility studies

- Preliminary and detailed designing.

- Review of drawings prepared by architects and preparation of cost estimates

- Formulation of technical specifications and performance standards

- Preparation of detailed technical feasibility and detailed project reports

- Finalization of bill of quantities and bid documents for cash/EPC contracts

- Preparation of scope of services /ToR for appointment of sub-consultants

- Review of drawings/designs/cost estimates and reports submitted by the sub-consultants

- Project monitoring during implementation

Ideal Candidate Profile : Hands-on experience of preparation of Detailed Project Report for urban infrastructure or hospitality & entertainment projects such-as building/urban renewal /heritage conservation/roads & pavements/water supply/sewerage & storm water drainage etc

Years of exp.

- 5 to 10 years

Industry experience

- Urban Infrastructure/Tourism Infrastructure

Key Competencies

- Should be conversant with design principles and standards

- Should be conversant with applicable development regulations and codal provisions

- Should have experience in preparation of feasibility and DPRs for infra projects, independently

- Should have experience of working on design software

- Should provide all required technical inputs for projects structured on PPP formats

Note : Proficiency in vernacular language is essential
