Programming Head - Radio

Need a Programming Head for a leading Radio Network in Chennai.

- He/She should have 8-12 years of experience of working with good brands / companies (preferably Media but not from competition).

- Should understand & speak Tamil very well, knowledge of music, movie industry & well read. Candidates should have lived in Chennai for at least 5 years in the last 10 years.

- The job would involve building a strong radio brand in the Chennai market by way of managing and motivating the programming team, come up with creative ideas for brands to advertise on radio, ideation for programming, jointly create and innovate promotions for the station along with the marketing team.
