Job Responsibilities:
- Align with business unit and talent acquisition leadership to achieve long term hiring & internal mobility objectives
- Align with talent marketing to execute ERP specific events and digital & social media campaigns
- ERP focused community engagement programs
- Manage schedule and frequency for ERP email campaigns and events
- Collaborate with talent acquisition leadership and talent marketing at the IDC to implement education, awareness, talent marketing and brand building plans through the employee referral process
- Contribute in the growth strategy and technology redesign initiative (requirement gathering, testing and implementation) to expand the ERP program beyond the IDC by understanding benchmarks, challenges and implementation scope for Asia Pacific and EMEA
Knowledge / Background / Experience :
- General functional, technical and business knowledge sufficient to understand all factors affecting project planning, execution, and management
- An understanding of the function's role
Team Leadership Skills :
- Operates with minimal supervision and direction, Drives process using indirect authority
- Demonstrates understanding of organizational structure in order to identify decision makers and escalation paths for program issues
- Proactively seeks input from cross functional team members to understand their program needs and roles and to build partnerships
- Communicates clear vision to ensure line of sight to program goals for key program participants
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in one-on-one situations with all levels of personnel, and in facilitating group meetings and keeping them on track
- Drives creative and effective problem solving and decision making to an appropriate resolution.
Key Focus Areas :
- Partner on leading key initiatives to dramatically improve customer experiences leveraging our core global offerings of the talent marketing and programs organization.
- Work with your core customers to translate insights into process/system solutions that deliver great product outcomes, ease of use, and customer delight.
- Partner with the extended TMP team in the evaluation of new solutions for the talent offerings portfolio as needed to support local requirements.
- Must be able to work on cross-functional teams with varying scope, schedule, priorities as well as vendors, including selection, evaluation process, and the ongoing relationship.
- Monitor measurement systems and data analytics to validate hypothesis and success of each program.
- Create and provide regularly scheduled reports and dashboards
