- Staff with the Highest PLP Payout and his Best Practices to be Highlighted via Success Stories Roll Out (PAN India / Regional Level / Zonal Level)

- Common Reasons and Root Cause Analysis for Lesser Qualifiers

PLP Implementation at BIU:

- UAT testing

- UAT Sample Checking

- Exception handling

- Manual adjustments

- PLP revisions and simulation

- Sensitivity analysis

- PLP Queries Handling

- PLP Amount is not tallying with Expected PLP (Lesser Credit Received)

- Preparation of dashboards for analyzing current level of performance across various Key parameters.

- Regular Tracking and Management reporting

Impact Assessment :

- Assessing the retention improvement and attrition control of frontline due to PLP changes

- Assessing the % increment in the number of Staff Qualifying for PLP.

- Assessing the Increment in Overall Productivity and Business Performance across Parameters post introduction of New PLP and Rewards Program
