Programme Manager (BPO/ITES)
- You will coordinate overall program activities for our client customers & will be responsible for all management of program operations and will work closely with Global Delivery Manager and Regional Lead to develop a sound and proactive strategy to achieve customer excellence and drive financial results.
- You will manage internal and external resources to deliver service engagements successfully and profitably. You will work closely with customer program owners to understand future growth, changing requirements and success criteria.
- You will organize, optimize, and streamline operations, oversee individual projects and determine staffing needs to reach customer goals. You will be responsible to build and maintain relationships with customer personnel to drive additional business and work with internal teams to maximize the efficiency of the program resources.
- Day to day responsibilities include oversight of program(s), program strategy execution, project schedules, identify operational needs and risks, determine and address talent risk and needs, manage program financials and execution of projects to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

Qualification And Experience:
1. Experience of 10-15 years in client management, engagement management and/or service delivery & Client facing experience
2. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
3. Comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous, fast pace, constantly changing environments
4. Experience with project management, and/or program management and data analysis
5. Experience managing multiple teams, small and large in a matrix environment
6. Experience managing both strategic work and detailed tactical work
7. Communication, interpersonal, relationship building and consulting and teamwork skills
