Urgently hiring Programme Director for a NGO
About the NGO:
A leading NGO working extensively in the social entrepreneurship sector. Started 5 years ago by two young dynamic professionals, already raised large amount of funds so far in order to sustain themselves. This NGO works as a incubator for early stage social entrepreneurs by supporting them financially, grooming them, nurturing skills and provides support into co-working space with which the entrepreneurs can launch their ventures successfully.
Job Responsibilities :
- Work with the founders and Board to implement the strategy for the organisation.
- Manage the successful delivery and growth of the core programmes.
- Envision new programmes that meet key gaps in the support eco-system of early stage social entrepreneurs in India.
- Manage and support first-rate programme team.
- Strengthen the systems and processes within the organisation to ensure high quality, efficient delivery, reporting and monitoring and evaluation.
Skills & experience :
- Outstanding leadership, influencing and communication skills.
- Experience of managing successful, high-impact programme delivery.
- Experience of successfully growing a profitable social enterprise and managing multiple businesses / profit centres within an organisation.
- Full budget and P&L responsibility of up to at least Rs. 2 Crores and experience of leading a team of at least 15 staff.
