Responsibilities:
Campaign Implementation:
- Partner with Ad Ops, agency teams, and client services to implement campaign setups within DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon) according to media plans.
- Track, monitor, and troubleshoot early campaign performance related to setup and technical issues.
Campaign Optimization & Analysis:
- Leverage DSP and ad server data to analyze campaign pacing and performance metrics daily.
- Implement data-driven optimizations to ensure campaigns meet client KPIs.
- Generate and deliver comprehensive client performance reports.
- Collaborate with clients to identify the best optimization strategies based on campaign insights.
- Utilize optimization dashboards to refine campaigns and provide feedback on data visualization improvements.
- Assist colleagues with optimizing complex programmatic setups.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in programmatic operations, ideally with a focus on YouTube campaigns
- Familiarity with leading DSPs like DV360 and The Trade Desk (TTD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in night shifts (US Time Zone) is a must.
- Knowledge of PMP (Private Marketplace) and PC (Programmatic Direct) deals is a plus.
