Experience 4 to 6 years.

- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in programmatic advertising with a focus on B2B audiences.

- Working knowledge of display, video, social and/or DSP partners, and external data or media providers (DV360, TTD, Data Xu, LiveRamp etc.

- Advanced understanding of programmatic buying (DSP) and audience segmentation (DMP).

- Previous experience in a client-facing role with a demonstrated ability to understand client objectives and lead strategy discussions.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Creative problem solver with a proactive attitude and a willingness to adapt to evolving industry trends.

- Knowledge of the broader digital marketing landscape and how programmatic advertising fits within larger marketing strategies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
