Program/Project Manager - eCommerce

Silverpeople is retained one of the largest and most respected conglomerates in India having multibillion turnover, to support them in their big bang ecommerce market entry ambitions.

We are looking to handpick, best in class candidate as a Sr.Product Manager- Shopping Experience. We are looking for go-getters with passion for e-commerce and desire to create and be part of something new, something big.

Position Reporting: Head - Engineering

Accountability:

- Accomplishes project objectives: planning project activities, evaluating implementation and tracking project progress

- Initiates RFP's, Helps in Vendor selection and Commercial negotiations, order management, ERP projects

- Ability to kick start project, establish governance and steer the project to completion within budget and time

- Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

- Manage day-to-day operational aspects and change management of the project

- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored

Skills:

- Ability to think strategy, coupled with good communication skills and senior leadership connect skills

- Experience on PMP processes (project management, portfolio management, risk management, tools and budget management)

- PMP or Prince 2 or ITIL certification is preferred

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience as Program manager and 3+ years of it in commerce domain.

- B Tech + MBA from reputed college
