Deal experience in Application deals in FS, Bank, BFSI domain with Program & project mgt exp

Role : Program/Project Manager 

 Role Description : 

- Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. 

- Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

- Build the value proposition for large application services deals 

- Understand the client Business and IT context to align the solution Define the deal shape to create the most optimised and winnable solution 

- Ensure solution compliance with companies strategic direction 

 - Identify and evaluate value add alternatives/solutions 

 - For existing client RFPs, review of existing delivery portfolio to identify and address pain points 

 - Directs solution activities, decisions, influence peers 

- Liaise with different stakeholders in the organization to ensure alignment of the solution
