Program Office Manager For MD - Consulting Firm - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Role :

- To support the MD to run day to day office and support in organizing & coordinating the strategic planning & growth initiatives.

- To provide intellectual inputs based on data analytics to review current business; gather data & trends

- To prepare strategic plans and manage the programs as directed by the Managing Director.

- Report to the Global Managing Director an IC role will require interactions with CXO level stakeholders

Candidate Profile :

The ideal candidate for this role should be/have :

- A seasoned & highly qualified person with extensive experience in Strategy Function for a large global organisation

- Deep understanding of new age / disruptive data science and large tech oriented businesses

- Worked across industries / cultures & geographies

- A strong executive presence, relationship building skills and an ability to make an impact with internal / external stakeholders

Education and Experience : Engr (Preferably) + MBA./PGDM from a tier 1 mgmt institute with minimum 8-10 years working in a consulting firm/Chief of Staff will be an advantage.
