- In recent times, with a view to manage your working capital, you have handed over 60 projects under - a- to social entrepreneurs
- Current order book is Rs 23 Crores;
- We are targeting to grab a 10% share of Rs 12K Crores NITI Aayog plans to spend over next 6-to-7 years on water
- Organization's turnover in each of FY 15/16, FY 16/17 and projected for FY 17/18 is, respectively, Rs 123 Crores, Rs 83 Crores and Rs 40 Crores; one reason is that Rs 130 Crores pending from Government of Karnataka has affected your working capital; and, you initiated some restructuring activity during this period
- We are immediately looking for a PROGRAM MANAGER, to be stationed at Akola or Buldana to deliver Rs 20 Crores (about 100 projects) of orders received from MAHARASHTRA government; this program manager would be overseeing projects in MAHARASHTRA and GUJARAT
- Supervises the operation, maintenance, repair and security of the wastewater reuse facility and pumping system
- Establishes work schedules to ensure adequate staffing, assigns works tasks and supervises the activities of the operation and maintenance staff for the treatment facility
- Administers performance evaluations on plan operators and maintenance personnel
- Trains plant staff in the proper operation, procedures, and safety practices required for operating the facility
- Makes recommendation regarding selecting, hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining of assigned employees
- Plans, schedules and directs preventive and corrective maintenance on plant facilities, equipment and processes Inspects wastewater biological and chemical processes and equipment to ensure water quality is at or above State and Central requirements
- Checks daily control tests and interprets these tests to make any necessary changes
- Prepares and/or maintains responsibility for the preparation, interpretation, and maintenance of a variety of records and reports relative to plant operation
- Prepares any letters or notifications required by the Government Permit for violation and/or upsets
- Recommends and approves ordering of supplies, chemicals, repair parts, equipment and other items necessary for the operation, maintenance and repair of the reuse system
- Plans and prepares budget requests for Superintendent
- Monitors budget expenditures
- Serves as field coordinator on construction projects and reviewing submittals and drawing; and performs additional duties as assigned.
