Job Purpose :

- The Program Manager would ensure all RUN projects of the business is implemented and monitored on a regular basis.


- The project team would also look into the data analysis and marketing side of the business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Program Strategy & Development:


- Develop and implement the overall strategy for the commercial vehicle FASTag program, including target market segmentation, product positioning, pricing strategies, retention strategies, competitive analysis, wallet sizing etc.


- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Product Management:


- Review the product life cycle from a business / sales lens and suggest changes to improve customer retention.

Portfolio Management:


- Monitor the performance of the commercial vehicle portfolio, analyze key metrics (e.g., activation rates, churn ratios, partner level performance), and identify trends and areas for improvement.


- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and optimize portfolio performance.

Sales Support:


- Work closely with the sales teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and sales strategies to drive origination volume.


- Provide training and support to sales teams on FASTag products and processes.

Process Improvement:


- Evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial vehicle FASTag processes.


- Identify opportunities for automation and streamlining.

Reporting & Analysis:


- Prepare regular reports on the performance of the commercial vehicle FASTag program, including key metrics, trends, and insights.


- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.

Vendor Management:


- Manage relationships with third-party vendors involved in the commercial vehicle FASTag process.

Market Research:


- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and related regulatory changes
