Job Description :
Job Responsibilities :
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs.
- Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects.
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and composed to deliver under pressure.
- Strategic thinkers having adequate cost control / management experience would be a plus.
- Ability to Multitask, and manage various projects / accounts concurrently.
- Must have a clear understanding of project management frameworks like Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid.
- Expected to formulate suitable strategies and objectives around each account.
- Coordinating cross-project and inter-departmental activities.
- Lead, evaluate and mentor project managers and other staff.
- Strong knowledge of Change, Risk and Resource management is required.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods from initiation to closure.
- Working knowledge of program/project management tools like JIRA, Basecamp, MS Project, Smartsheet etc. is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and clarity of thought.
- Excellent problem-solving ability, with escalation handling experience.
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Meets objectives by forecasting requirements; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different assignments; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
- Facilitating the appointment of individuals to project teams.
- Managing communications with all stakeholders.
- Managing the dependencies and the interfaces between projects & various teams or departments.

Qualifications :
- At least 12+ years of work experience.
- Must have 4 - 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Master's / Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
