What you'll do (Responsibilities)
- Identify, define, manage, and drive special projects and initiatives that are cross-functional and strategic to the company.
- Go to market strategy for launching a new vertical/market segment/territory
- Improve overall NPS (Internal/partners/customers)
- Increase sales conversion (lead to booking/booking to PO closure)
- Identifying levers for bottom line growth
- While driving initiatives, you are expected to get your hands dirty and drive implementation to get the desired results (role will not be limited to defining strategy)
- Discovering and implementing new ideas and techniques to solve issues that come up and handling any hiccups that come along the way.
- Proactively identify gaps and roadblocks that functions are struggling with & troubleshoot them.
- Perform risk management analysis, call out risks early and problem-solve to reduce & remove the same.
Who you are (Qualifications):
- Tier 1 UG / Tier 1 MBA with 2-5 years post qualification experience
- Strong problem-solving
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate insights from research and data on regular basis
- Ability to define processes and manage operations
- Willing to get their hands dirty (very hands on)
- Ability to independently design, execute and measure experiments
- Work experience in early-stage startups (0-1) OR consulting experience in a Tier 1 firm OR founding experience will be a plus
