Role: Program Manager, Strategic initiatives -B2C Fintech

The company has already acquired 1 million customers through its breakthrough products and is on its way to acquiring 5 million customers in the next 3 years. The company is backed by large global institutional investors. The funding is being utilized for product development & market expansion.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic insight to various parts of the business, aimed either at unlocking a future avenue of growth, or solving a key business problem
- Autonomously driving and iterating on key analyses to uncover insights leveraging existing and new information sources
- Managing end-to-end life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
- Own/ manage product & business strategies to set and achieve short- and long-term goals for the programs
- Coordinating internal resources and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders for flawless execution of projects
- Proactively identifying issues, and areas of enhancements that provide value-added insights and lead/implement strategic initiatives
- Prepare updates for the leadership team on performance highlights of the programs
- Keeping track of market trends and developing market intelligence reports to assist leadership in decision making
- Perform business modeling to optimize business functionality and performance
Requirements:
Education: MBA/ BTech from Tier-1 college
Work Experience: 1-4 years of work experience in strategic consulting/ corporate strategy/ program management
- Experience in start-ups/ tech companies (preferably B2C) will be a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and solve problems
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills- written and verbal
- Strong track record with proven growth in your current organization
