Job Description : The Strategic HR Program Manager is a pivotal role responsible for evaluating and integrating the sustainability, social, and environmental impacts of HR practices, projects and programs.

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and champion an innovative strategy for double materiality assessment within HR.

- Integrate HR's materiality assessment with the company's overall sustainability and financial objectives.



- Partner with compliance team to breakdown sustainability related KPIs into measurable HR metrics.



- Define data collection strategy and develop formats which are both intuitive and make accessibility sense for collection of large set of data from disparate sources over multiple time periods Financial, Environmental, and Social Materiality:



- Lead the strategic collection, analysis, and interpretation of people and HRrelated financial data.



- Collaborate with HSEC departments for cohesive planning and analysis.



- Oversee comprehensive assessments of the social and environmental impacts of HR policies


Stakeholder Engagement:

- Liaison with multiple internal departments and foster collaboration across HR, sustainability, finance, and other key departments.

- Engage proactively with external stakeholders to gather input and validate findings.



- Incorporate stakeholder feedback into HR strategies and reporting



Reporting and Communication:


- Develop and maintain a detailed materiality matrix specific to HR.

- Craft and execute a communication plan to share insights with internal and external stakeholders.



- Ensure all reporting adheres to regulatory requirements and industry standards


Continuous Improvement:

- Benchmark HR practices against industry best practices to drive excellence.

- Lead innovation and improvement efforts in the assessment process.



- Develop and deliver training programs on double materiality principles.



- Periodically review and update assessments to reflect evolving environmental and regulatory landscapes


Project Management:

- Execute and implement central projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and culture.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads and key stakeholders to drive project objectives and deliverables. Develop project plans and ensure timely execution and implementation.



- Work closely with department heads and business leaders globally to foster collaboration and consistency in HR practices


6) Data Management & Analysis:

- Collect and analyse HR data from various sources, including HRIS, performance management systems, and employee surveys.

- Develop and maintain key HR metrics and dashboards to track HR KPIs in line with CSRD recommendations. Collaborate with HRIS team, HR business partners, HSEC, and other departments to understand needs and provide data-driven solutions.



- Prepare and publish reports for timely, successful and audited release of ESRS compliant



Profile:

1 Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field.

2 Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR with significant experience in sustainability, risk management, or related areas. Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.



3 Skills: Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, strong leadership and team management capabilities, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, proficiency in data analysis tools and software, deep knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, and advanced project management skills
