Job Summary :
We are seeking a professional to coordinate projects across the organization. The role involves ensuring departmental goals are achieved while maintaining a high level of detail for each project. This position requires excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Managing Director to facilitate departmental discussions.
- Assist department heads in devising measurable strategies.
- Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects.
- Help determine suitable strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate activities across various departments.
- Lead and evaluate project return on investment (ROI).
- Develop and manage deadlines, budgets, and activities.
- Apply change management, risk management, and resource allocation strategies.
- Assess program and department performance to maximize ROI.
- Resolve complex issues with a wider scope.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Managing Director.
Requirements and Skills :
- Proven work experience as a Program Manager or in a consulting role.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
