Job Summary :
- We are looking for an experienced Program Manager for Strategic Accounts to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with key strategic partner accounts, driving revenue growth, increasing share of wallet, introducing new products, and managing the overall partner experience. The Program Manager for Strategic Accounts will be the main point of contact for these key partners, and will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Additionally, the Program Manager will be responsible for handling all operations related activities and stakeholder management for strategic accounts mapped to him.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic account plans in order to drive revenue growth, increase share of wallet, and introduce new products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at strategic accounts, including C-level executives, decision makers, and influencers
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our business with strategic accounts, including cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Manage the overall customer experience for strategic accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure that strategic accounts receive the highest level of service and support
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators for strategic accounts, including revenue growth, share of wallet, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular business reviews with strategic accounts to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and discuss future opportunities
- Operational management of loan disbursals from lead stage to disbursement and closely working with partner to problem solve and execute every stage of loan funnel
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
