Program Manager - Startup - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

- The job involves working as a program manager for an exciting startup in the domain of building relationship between creator and brands.

- The role will involve working on multiple problem statements and essentially building the processes and scale from 1 to 10.

- There are certain defined problem statements, but the candidate will also be required to identify new areas of growth for the organisation.

- The ideal candidate will have experience of working on a strategy/program management role in a startup for atleast 2-3 years.

- S/he should be an engineer from a tier-1 college.
