Program Manager - Sales Transformation & Initiatives - Life Insurance

We are hiring for a Program Manager for Direct Sales vertical who will be responsible for:

1) Centrally driving the sales transformation program in a phased manner by identifying gaps leveraging existing resources, formulating initiatives through cross functional collaboration & effectively deploying this across the channel

2) Planning and coordination with field leadership, HO leadership and other cross functional teams (marketing, L&D, IT) across different initiatives under the program

3) Key custodian of all data & analytics in relation to the program

4. Will look after Central execution support on region wise initiatives & interventions based on feedback from the field leadership & Direct Life program champions

5. Rigorous tracking and dashboarding to ensure relevant information required for success of initiatives is sent to the field and HO leadership

6. Closely working with HO leadership for reviewing progress of the program

Requirements:

- MBA / PGDBM with Min 6 years of post qualification experience

- Experience in designing sales strategy, sales transformation, driving key initiatives for the channel they are associated with

- Should have worked in a Sales / Business development role.

- Should be from Life Insurance industry.
