Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female candidate to join our team as a Program Manager with limited executive assistant responsibilities.

- This position is initially a contractual role for 6 months under TeamLease payroll.

- After the initial period, performance and capabilities will be reviewed, and based on this assessment, the role may be converted to a permanent position with Bunge India Ltd.

- At that time, salary revisions and designation adjustments will be discussed basis requirement.

- Currently, the position level is placed at the Senior Executive level, designated as Program Manager on a contractual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute sales and marketing projects, with a focus on go-to-market strategies and branding initiatives.

- Assist the Business Head P2C with executive assistant duties, including calendar management, meeting coordination, Market travel arrangements and communication handling.

- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and successful completion of initiatives.

- Coordinate with various departments to align project objectives with business goals.

- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

- Conduct market research and analyse data to support project development and strategy.

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams to drive project success.

Mandatory Competencies:

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong background in sales and marketing, particularly in go-to-market strategies and branding

- Good in Excel and PowerPoint

- Mature and professional demeanour

- Good coordination and organizational skills

- Presentable and capable of performing executive assistant duties

Contract Details:

- Initial 6-month contractual role under TeamLease payroll

- Performance review at the end of 6 months

- Potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance and capabilities

Qualifications:

- MBA preferred, Full time Graduation is must.

- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in sales and marketing

- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively and achieve business objectives

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
