Job Brief:
We are looking to onboard a Program Manager, will be responsible for driving strategy and initiatives/process improvement programs focused on reducing cost by improving efficiency, reducing volume and Turn around time in Program and Improve Customer Experience.
The key objectives of this role will be:-
1) Demonstrate strong knowledge of improving processes through Six Sigma / Lean/ methods and can perform complex Analysis when exposed to unstructured and structured data
2) Picking important projects that enable the achievement of business objectives and drives growth.
3) Establish and continually improve the consistency, predictability, and efficiency of the Customer Excellence project delivery by providing leadership and sharing best practices.
4) Responsible for category expansion across Tier 1 & 2 cities from sites finalization, layout design & process testing.
5) Work across functions (Operations, Process Design, Product, Training, HR, Technology, etc.) to align on the project charter & lead the end to end deployment

A strong problem solver with first principle thinking, ready to get hands dirty while managing teams, someone who eats, sleeps, and breathes ownership and is looking forward to being in an extremely high-impact role.
Potential Backgrounds:
1) 3 - 5 years of experience in a project management role in fast-paced start-ups.
2) Looking for candidates from Tier 1 institutes like IIT/ISB/IIM A, B, C.
3) High ownership, proactive, self-starter & all hands on deck attitude
