Program Manager - Rural Transformation Program - Public Health & Education (TISS, APU)
Program objective
1. Support on-ground projects in the field of mental health that have been implemented by credible organizations
2. Highlight projects in the field that have created high impact
Role & Responsibilities :
1. Oversee the functioning of the project - regular interaction with the program team for updates on various rural projects
2. To regularly monitor the implementation of the programme through reports and visits
3. Compile/ edit reports for internal documentation - e.g. - Annual report, PR inputs
4. Program impact evaluation
a) Plan program audit visits to the field in co-ordination with the on-ground team and understanding their challenges.
b) Meeting with other stakeholders at block and district level.
c) Interacting with the beneficiaries to identify the implementation gap or challenges.
d) Co-ordinate with external agencies and the Foundation team for related activities
An ideal candidate:
a. Master's degree in social sciences/ public health
b. 3 - 5 years of work experience in development projects preferably rural
c. Knowledge/skills in program management, monitoring, evaluation techniques
d. Willingness to travel
