Job Description:
Must have good experience in managing delivery for large retail customers.
Responsible for the managing the day to day operations of the delivery team and will be responsible for both delivering on projects and supporting in further account expansion.
- Has experience in managing complex engagements in the Application Development space.
- Should have strong process orientation and should have worked in a typical off shoring environment where he/she would have managed in excess of 100 member teams.
- Should be a team leader who can influence and motivate the team towards company objectives while at the same time possess a consultative approach with regard to identifying client issues and managing and delivering solutions.
- Possesses excellent presentation and communication skills.
