- Experience in project and program management in the automotive industry in Cars, Light Commercial Vehicle .

- Define and deliver on all new platform for automotive division.

- Work with Advanced engineering and Product planning to understand the VoC (Voice of customers) and define the platform architecture.

- Chair Project meetings and manage and provide directions to ensure all cross functional activities to meet defined project boundary conditions.

- Guide and manage system and component, design, release, part development and build & validation plans in association with CoE's to meet the agreed scope, quality targets, cost and time for the product -

- Asses overall project risk on a day to day basis and provide decision and directions to mitigate the risk.

- Create technology road map for Vehicle for implementation in the products as well as localization in phased manner.

- Define EV drive line specification, identify vendors and develop localization plan to meet the Indian government needs

- Develop proposals for product; get it approved by management through gateway

- To understand the Product Strategy of the sector and to Manage multiple programs under Commercial Segment by leading a team of Program Managers with support of a cross functional team on specific product programs; supervise day-to-day activities of Program managers and other support personnel to guide and execute.

- Responsible for overall scope, time & Cost Management, and Program Readiness coordination from a platform perspective.

- Arrive at Affordable business structure considering trade-off between Investments, vehicle features, product cost, Program Cost decisions facilitation, including budget monitoring and control.

- Support attribute and cost trade of decisions -

- Monitor and control new products / projects portfolio to ensure that the projects are in line with the QCD committed to the business by participating in project review, APC reviews, gateway review based on the reports generated by program manager which captures status / deviation / risks with respect to the committed plan Ensure that critical issues and risks are escalated to APC/ALC, to de-bottleneck issues and keep the project on track

- Ensure that the program communication plan is effectively implemented and all the action points arising out of all program reviews are captured and systematically tracked for closure

- Prepare, Monitor and control of revenue and capital budget in Commercial segment to achieve projected committed cash flow by reviewing requirements, consolidating, proposing for the platform budget and ensuring adherence to planned expenditure.

- Ensure religious internal reviews for MPDS (Process) adherence and provide advance warning for ensuring quality of event for every deliverable - Monitor resource utilization and ensure optimization of resources in the program

- Enhance competence of program management to have a robust project management discipline which will help in PD portfolio plan by role modeling, training, on job coaching and reinventing the developing and new processes as well as competencies
