As a Manager of the Program Management team, your primary responsibility would be to execute critical programs which have a huge impact on the company's revenue and growth. This would also involve identifying crucial points of process and product changes and executing those changes. The role would be cross functional and would be project focused.

Skills

- Strong process excellence and optimization skills

- Strong ability to preemptively identify and solve problems.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with accuracy.

- Strong written and oral communication skills for effective communication within the teams

- Working knowledge of SQL and Excel

- Basic understanding of SaaS metrics like MRR, Churn, Expansion Revenue etc

Responsibilities

- Develop project plans based on identified issues with substantiated recommendations as appropriate.

- Achieve operational targets by analysing data and implementing process and product changes

- Identify new avenues of improvements by coordinating with various stakeholders in the company

- Prepare internal RCA for changes in any key metrics
