Program Manager - Order Management

Primary Responsibilities:

- Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on business results

- Manages projects from initiation through sustain/closure including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.

- Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the projects.

Core responsibilities include the following:

- Establishes requirements, costs, and schedule targets; plans activities, assembles the team and other critical resources.

- Develops, defines, and executes program plans. Is responsible for meeting the program objectives including performance, cost, schedule, budget targets and deliverables

- Assesses project/program risks and drives mitigation activities

- Monitors work of program from initiation through release providing support and direction. Escalates issues until resolved or mitigated

- Prepares and presents program executive reviews

Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:

- Excellent knowledge and experience in supply chain management - How an order flows in an organization, life cycle of product

- Proven experience in project management planning/execution, or a similar role.

- Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure

- Problem Solving & Decision Making- Proactively identify problems & drive solutions, make decisions which are based on the values and principles of the organization

- Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating influence skills to deliver results.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to audience at all levels in the Company.

- Basic knowledge of project management methods and business related to cost structure

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Desirable Skill:

- Experience in cost management and resource optimization is highly desirable.

- Certifications in relevant technologies or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

- Experience in the semiconductor/semiconductor equipment industry

Eligibility Criteria:

- Years of Experience: Minimum of 12 years of related/relevant experience with a bachelor's degree; or 10 years and a master's degree;

- Job Experience: Experience in any of the following areas: multinational high technology corporation, in operations (preferred), Supply chain management, Product Management, IT management, Engineering.

- Education: Bachelor's degree or MBA (Supply Chain/Operations)
