Job Location - Bangalore

Job Responsibilities -

1. Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams including product managers, software development engineers, operation managers, finance, supply chain, leadership

2.Define requirements, metrics analysis, and development, testing and launching efforts.

3 Extract data using SQL, execute analysis to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations.

4. 3+ years of Operations, Engineering or Program Management experience.

- Processes to ensure interest of all stakeholders (company, sellers and couriers) are safeguarded & orders are fulfilled within promised time

- Clearly defined and agreed SOPs for smooth execution.

- Experience managing complex programs in a highly matrixed environment.

- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

- Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically

- Experience with SQL or Data querying and analysis tools is desired.
