Program Manager - Online/Internet Startup - IIT/IIM/NIT/ISB

We are looking for a dynamic Program manager for our MNC client's Bangalore R& D center.

Based out of Europe, our client is a promising Fintech & Healthcare startup with strong presence in emerging markets.

ROLE

The Program Manager will report to the CTO and will be the primary owner for ensuring success for designated markets from a technology teams perspective. Lead creation of complex, multi-phased Product Capabilities / Business Initiatives by working with cross-functional teams delivering exceptional business value.

Responsibilities include:

1. Partner with Product / Business owner in defining Product Requirements specification, enlisting capabilities that need to be built in-line with a specific markets strategic choices.

2. Work with all the stakeholders to define scope, identify success criteria, build launch plans, develop and manage schedule, manage change / risk and ensure timely completion of programs in-line to the milestones and success criteria defined.

3. Own and be a single point of contact for all aspects of Program communication with the business teams for regions interfacing with you.

4. Be the single point of contact for business teams for specific regions, providing them visibility and support on technology operations and execution of newer initiatives.

Excellent communication,people and process skills.

Previous experience from telecommunications and/or

finance industry is a plus.

1. 10+ years of overall experience with 4+ years of technology background. MBA from a top tier B-school is a plus.

2. Demonstrated experience in running and managing programs for business teams spanning smaller change requests to large capability creation.

3. Ability to drive large organization-wide cross-functional capability programs with a high sense of ownership and decision-making.

4. Solid experience and track record of successful execution of large scale initiatives; including continuing ownership of technology instances to ensure business success.

5. Strong familiarity with agile methodologies, and strong competence and know-how of software development lifecycle.

6. Experience working in geographically and culturally diverse team and Stakeholders.
