Position: Program Manager

Location: Gurugram

Experience Level: 4-8 Years

Qualifications: B.Tech/MBA/PGDM (IIT/IIMs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cold Start Challenges: Develop new categories and verticals for initial growth.

2. Scaling Challenges: Create scalable processes and build effective teams.

3. Business Understanding: Collaborate with the founding team to align initiatives with business goals.

- Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies.

- Document and enhance existing processes.

4. Data Analysis & Research: Analyze data to uncover trends and insights.

- Conduct market research on industry trends and opportunities.

- Identify challenges faced by creators and propose solutions.

- Monitor KPIs through databases, reports, and dashboards.

5. Execution Oversight: Manage end-to-end execution of initiatives.

- Refine strategy using data insights and rapid feedback loops.

Experience and Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's from Tier-1 colleges in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

- 4-8 years as a Program Manager, in Founder's Office, EIR, or Chief of Staff roles in startups.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Customer empathy and effective communication abilities.

- Proficient with large datasets, Excel and SQL skills are a plus.

- Open to learning, feedback, and collaborative teamwork.

- Humble, kind, and empathetic mindset.
