Program Manager - NGO

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

Seeking a dynamic and passionate Program Manager who will support the head of Community Partnerships and Outreach in the following ways:

Oversee the planning, implementation and impact evaluation of programmes.- Ensure effective community engagement at the grass-root level

Develop reporting frameworks, budgets, and data management, and provide inputs for donor stewardship. Actively led the fundraising effort.- Maintain records to document project activities and organize timely reviews for regular monitoring and impact assessment.

Maintain database/media bank for use in branding, donor communication, and across print and electronic communications Implementation of day-to-day operations of various initiatives as deputed, including field visits, observation of the classes and feedback to the facilitators.

Identify and lead the capacity-building opportunities for the organisation.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES :

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors in Education or other related backgrounds.

Required Competencies and Background:

4-5 years of experience in the education sector and/or non- profit administration- Strong project management skills (operations, implementation and reporting)

Interest in areas like education and youth empowerment at the grassroots level- Data analysis and tools (Excel)- Fluency in a local language (Marathi preferred) and English Interpersonal skills

Attention to detail- Excellent verbal and written communication

Desired Qualities :

Innovative thinker with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and output- Excellent conceptual ability and proactive problem-solving proficiency

Team-player and time management skills. Ability to be self- motivated and manage a complex workload, Experience in working with stakeholders, government departments, donors and email contacts)
