Program Manager - NGO

Responsible for the overall co-ordination in functioning. Establishes, co-ordinates to implement, and tracks the integration of strategies.

He will also be responsible for development and implementation of annual work plans and will be responsible in facilitating review and co-ordination among departments, districts and other stakeholders. This position will also oversee and co-ordinate with the MLE and Programme Data Analysts/Specialists from the state data cell, Finance & Budgeting and technical specialists.

He will also facilitate and co-ordinate with other members of the team towards development and advocacy on social policy documents/position papers and partake in scheme planning, which may include socio-economic evaluations, need assessments and formative studies, as well as the development of innovative strategies and implementation of govt. programs.

The position requires prior experience and understanding of working with govt.

Requires a relevant Master's degree.

- Works on advanced, complex social planning projects or social issues requiring state of the art planning skills and sector knowledge.

- Works with a multi sector team.

- Provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Typically requires 10+ years of related experience.
