Program Manager - Mobility
Responsibilities :
- Develop content in the Passenger Vehicles program area covering cars, two-wheelers and other passenger vehicle applications
- Managing client relationships and engagements end-to-end to ensure client satisfaction based on deliverables agreed upon.
- Work closely with the Director and VP of the Mobility business unit to build thought leadership content in the Indian CV space
- Supporting the Business Development team as a subject matter expert in the Passenger Vehicles area and developing proposals for new business opportunities
- Mentoring analysts and consultants within the team, while working on passenger vehicles related client engagements and deliverables; fostering a sense of team-work and collaborative working among the analysts and consultants
- Measuring, defining and getting the data that's actually meaningful to deliver engagements in the passenger vehicles program area
- Negotiating and managing external partners and vendors as necessary for specific client engagements and projects
- Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
- Closely collaborate with the extended Frost & Sullivan marketing team to support client demand gen and brand awareness including email support, PR, social integration with and cross promotions opportunities within related industries
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Qualification : - Must have 10+ years of consulting and / or OEM experience and proven success in project and client management.
- College degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering
- Ability to professionally communicate and engage with high-profile clients and speakers
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience managing across multiple geographies a plus
- Ability to problem solve, assess risks, and make important decisions under pressure
- Hubspot, Google Analytics, MS Publisher and/or Frontpage a plus
- Adaptability and flexibility, ability to grasp concepts and markets quickly, customer service, sales & results oriented
- Ability to leverage a combination of strategic, management and tactical skills, for both internal and external projects.
- Must be able to work within a very time-sensitive, deadline driven environment
